Payments & Shipping

All major credit cards and E-Checks are accepted through paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure method of online payment and uses a powerful encryption method to help protect your private information. You no longer have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card ~ When paying for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a paypal account or to make a straight forward payment using a major credit card. Shipping Methods

Due to the recent changes in the USPS shipping charges, we may choose to ship the box UPS instead of USPS ~ this is at our choosing if the box is too large for USPS and what you were charged doesn't cover the larger box ~ Please contact us if there is a problem with us changing the shipping method ~

Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS ~ All items are shipped between 3-7 days after payment is received unless otherwise specified. If you are charged too much for shipping, I will always refund the difference back to your paypal account.

International customers must contact me for additional shipping charges.

Shipping insurance is included with all UPS shipments. Shipping insurance is optional with all USPS (Postal Service) shipments. We WILL NOT cover lost or damaged items without shipping insurance. Many of our items are one of a kind and are not replaceable. If you value your purchase as much as we valued your item(s) before we shipped them. PLEASE contact me to purchase shipping insurance.

We will package your items with great care however, we all know Murphy's Law, if it can be broken it will be broken without insurance.

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for return shipping fees and it must be insured for full value of the item. We will issue you a store credit only and shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable. Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.

Lost or damaged items shipped without shipping insurance are not subject to our return or refund policy.

All refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal account only. If there is not a valid PayPal account a store credit will be issued. All returns will be for store credit only.
